Working Out At Work!

Oh heck, and so it begins. Look, our station just got a new 'gym' room full of exercise equipment. I mean we have  treadmills, bikes, ellipticals and more. The least I can do is use the machines. I mean the gym is literally about 20 seconds away from me at all times in this building.  I do appreciate our bosses for giving us a nice room, but now i fell obligated to use it. My PANSA says no, but my head and health say you better start using it. Lol. So it begins. I will start.......tomorrow. No, not today but tomorrow, I promise. LOL! Look, there's even a TV...sweet!
