‘The Other Day’ Means Anytime Between Yesterday & My Birth

Phrases that deal with time can be confusing. I know that I use these phrases all the time, and I usually don't mean them literally. You can not take these phrases per vitam. Because, they don't mean what they seem. Let me lay it out for you.

'The Other Day' Meaning- Anytime between Yesterday and My Birth
'Right Now' Meaning- Anytime between NOW and Midnight.
'In A Minute'- Meaning- Means in a minute ...and that minute is in a future hour.
'Hang On' - Meaning- I will forget what you wanted.

That pretty much sums it up. LOL
