Carmen Calls Neighbor To Ask Him Why He Doesn’t Have Halloween Decorations UP

So, how many houses on your block actually decorate for Halloween? Are you one of them? I can remember doing this all the time when my son was younger. I actually love those houses that go all out. Those are the houses that I wanted to trick or treat at all the time when I was a kid. Some of the decorations have actually gotten pretty CRAY and technologically awesome.
Well, today CARMEN is actually a little bitter at one of her neighbors who hasn't decorated this Halloween season. So, she's going to call him and see what the deal is. Well, we all know now what Carmen is for Halloween....a witchy witch! LOL
