Which Restaurants Do We Need In Midland/Odessa?

Over the weekend we were out of town and ate at one of my family's favorite restaurants, Pei Wei as you can see from the to-go box above. lol We were talking about how we wish we had a Pei Wei in Midland/Odessa, among other restaurants...

My oldest wants an In-N-Out Burger, because we eat there every time we go to Dallas and he loves it! My other son just wants more pizza places. lol I love the variety we have in the 4-3-2 but be real, you can never have too many to choose from. What restaurants, fast food or otherwise, do you think we need in this area?
