Waterless Shaving? Now I’ve Seen It All

OMG this is my awesome weekly find! Every now and then I come across something that has me saying wait what? You know when something catches your eye as you are about to head to the register? This is THAT THING for me. Waterless booboo! 

Has anyone ever tried these things?  If not, can you?  I'm scared. lol I don't want razor burn. From what I read, the concept is that there is some type of gel in the bottom, the blue part that you can see and if you are ever at the movies, a concert, the airport, wherever and it suddenly hits you that you forgot to shave, BAM bust out and do it. No shower, water or sink needed as shown on the package.
