Things That Only Upscale Restrooms Have

Went to a local place recently and spotted these next to the toilet. Hello! I mean in case of emergency's right? Only a 'foo-foo' place as Leo calls it would offer women's products. 

I see it and decide to snap a pic because you don't see this in just any bathroom. lol Think about it, when is the last time you saw this? More than likely in a foo-foo place.
