Ever since the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced recently that those who are fully vaccinated can stop wearing masks outdoors and in many indoor settings, many big name retailers are becoming more lax about customers wearing masks in their stores.

Target was the most recent to announce that customers who have received both doses of the COVID vaccine, will no longer need to wear any kind of face covering while shopping in their stores.

CVS, Wal Mart, Sam's, Trader Joe's, Starbucks and Costco have also made it official.

In fact, the CDC states that if and when you have been fully vaccinated, 'you can resume activities that you did prior to the pandemic. Fully vaccinated people can resume activities without wearing a mask or physically distancing...'

This of course applies as long as state, local or federal laws do not state otherwise. You must be aware of the requirements of such agencies.

If you have not received the COVID vaccine through Moderna, Pfizer or Johnson & Johnson, does this encourage you to do so? Are you considering getting vaccinated in order to be able to stop wearing a mask in public? There are still places here locally offering the vaccine, if you so choose to get it. The choice is entirely yours.
