Ok the object you see pictured is NOT my friend! lol I step on the scale every.single.morning. I know some people say not to but I can't help it....which brings me to the very reason I am writing this blog.

If you are trying to lose or maintain your weight do you step on the scale everyday? It's personal preference if you ask me. Someone once told me that that number you see helps keep you focused and on track, while others will say NO DON'T DO IT! It messes with your head and you get discouraged. I think it helps me keep track of where I am and where I want to be. If I gain here and there, time to do work. If I lose, I reward myself with ice cream. I KID! lol Which are you, the weigh everyday or no way?
