What Are Your Kids Bedtimes?

Ok as a parent I need some input from others. Kids. Bedtimes. Ughhh. It does not matter the age of your kids, they always want to stay up 'for just a few more minutes.' I've got a grade schooler and a teen who is in junior high. Obviously they have different bedtimes. 

The younger is 9 p.m. my middle schooler thinks he should get to stay up until midnight to which I say nope! The latest he gets to go to bed is 10 p.m. Parents, is this fair? What works for you with your children? Do they have certain times they have to go to bed, if they have school the next day?
