OK for real this girl needs some help. Is anyone else having 'sleep issues' like me? My  sleep patterns are all over the place lately. For awhile it was my kid waking me up for everything. Several nights in a row she needed something, a drink of water, or she was having a bad dream or just couldn't sleep. Whatever the case, she was waking me up several nights in a row and I was no team no sleep for awhile.

Well we got past that for now but I have moved on to sleepless nights for another reason. My weird sleeping pattern continues. Maybe it was 'SNOVID' that went down last week that threw me off, who knows? But since then, I have been waking up in the 3 o'clock hour. Random! For the past several nights no lie, I wake up, look up at my alarm clock that projects on the ceiling and it is always between 3 and 4 am. What is this about?

I usually fall right back to sleep but I'm just wondering why this hour and why every time? I've heard old folk tales of this being the 'witching hour' but I choose not to think about that. By the way, if you're not familiar with that term, look it up, it is certainly not anything I want to be associated with!  (insert wide eyed emoji here) Is this just 'COVID sleep?' Has anyone else had strange sleep patterns in the last few months? Maybe even since the pandemic began?
