Coming from someone who wakes up at 4:30 every morning, I am the first to say I do not get enough sleep. I have always been a night owl, therefore I stay up pretty late. It's not unusual for me to stay up to watch all of Jimmy Fallon, which means by the time I go to bed I will only have slept for maybe 5 hours. A new study found that adults between the ages of 26 and 64 should be getting between 7-9 hours of sleep a night. Do you get that much sleep?
