Text or call? Which do you prefer? Be real, it's either one or the other these days. I am telling you right now, ever since texting came to be, I am a total texter (is that a word?) For some crazy reason it seems I don't have much to say over the phone, but if you text me, it's on! To me, texting is more convenient and I'll tell you why....

1.Think about it, we're always on-the go these days. No matter what you're doing, if you get a text from someone you can respond when you have a chance. Or you can text them a quick "I'm busy, I'll hit ya up later"and text them when you can. What I do most of the time is respond in spurts. I might have a text conversation with someone over the course of a couple of hours. I may be in the middle of something, but at least I'm making time for you. You can't do that with a phone call. You answer and say "I'll call you later," and never do. Leaving that person to wonder is she mad at me, she's too busy for me or whatever.

2.If I'm texting my girlfriends or a family member, no one has to know what I'm saying. Especially if it's juicy gossip, my hubby doesn't want to hear it...we can just text. Plus, there is nothing more annoying than being at the grocery store, mall or wherever and hearing someone on their phone, being loud, (Leo) obnoxious and puttin all their drama out there for the world to hear. I want to say to these people, " have you ever heard of texting??? I'm standing behind you, I can hear you and so can everyone else in this place!"

3.I've mastered it! Seriously. I always tell Leo I need to be in a texting competition because I'm good at it. I have friends that tell me," here, you text for me, you're better at it."

How about when people call you and you don't answer, but 2 seconds later you hit em up with a "what's up" text. I am that girl. I DO NOT like to talk on the phone. Sad but true.
