Pumpkin Painting And Carving With The Fam-Check Out Our Creations

Things I'm not good at #124. We debated on whether to paint pumpkins or carve them recently and I decided to let the fam decide. They went with both as you can see. Back in the day my parents would let us kids carve a pumpkin, dig out the insides and put a little candle inside to light it up and display it outside. 

I loved that tradition! Now there are countless options. Of late, painting pumpkins seems to be more fun than anything. We did have a lot of fun and to be honest, there was far less mess than carving.

This green pumpkin might have you wondering...is it the Hulk, Green Lantern? Nope it's a WITCH silly! Look at the warts on the side of her face. lol

This pumpkin is what we call warrior. (my daughter named it) Half carved, half painted, halfway not understanding the assignment. lol

And then there is my creation, which I stole from Pinterest.I attempted a bat, some orange and black polka dots and some fancy writing. I figured I would 'nail it,' but clearly I did not. Pumpkin painting is a lot harder than one would think but we had a ton of fun!
