It's 2021 which means it's time for a few old soreheads to convene in Stanton, TX. That's right, an annual tradition, Old Sorehead Trade Days, which takes place every year, twice a year, the second weekend in the months of April and October are scheduled for this weekend.

I've been several years in a row and let me tell you, it's shop til you drop, eat until you can eat no more loads of fun! According to stantontex.com, it's 'the best little show in West Texas.' Each year, over 30,000 visitors from all over head to Stanton for a weekend of shopping for candles, metal art, woodcrafts and so, so much more.

I personally have bought everything from clothing, to candles, wood decor, jewelry and food food and more food. There are over 300 vendors with displays, goods and items for purchase, along with some of the best food and drink for miles around.

Make plans to hit up Stanton, TX this Saturday April 10th from 9 am to 6 pm and Sunday April 11th, open until 5 pm.

All of the festivities take place in downtown Stanton, TX. Head out for some good ol' sorehead fun this weekend!
