Leo and Rebecca Buzz Question - Advice please. My BOSS has asked me to TRAIN MY REPLACEMENT! Well, what could be my replacement. I don't know for sure, but I have been having issues at work and NOW they have asked me to train this new lady with stuff I do. I know that I probably have to, but Dang this sucks. Any suggestions?

Here is what the 432 had to say about it!

Look for a new job. They are looking to replace you. I have been on both sides of this. I however was not rude enough to ask the person who was being replaced to train the new person.

You were looking for a job when you found that one

I mean, if you let your mind eat at you, it eventually eats at everyone else around you. I trained almost everyone on these trucks at work. Left after 9 years, and was welcome back when I came back. Just be good about everything.

There are more jobs in the 🌎 world. Be kind, say nice things about everyone and everything. Be the best you.

At this time you are an employee of the place you work. If they ask you to train somebody , than you should do it. Whether they replace you or not isn't the point. If you have done your job to the fullest and best , whatever happens or will happen is meant to be.
