Ladies, let me set the scene.....you finally get a relaxing evening, preferably a Friday or Saturday, kids are in bed or staying over with friends or relatives and the hubby is watching his baseball game on tv. PERFECT scenario right?

Even better, there is a marathon on Lifetime of movies you have watched 20 times but are so down to watch again. You chill on the sofa or in your bed, long week, you're entitled! You grab your Dr.Pepper, a bag of potato chips and settle in for the night. OMG life doesn't get any better than this.....until by the end of the third movie you realize, holy crap did I seriously just eat that entire bag of chips? What the heck was I thinking?

Then guilt and shame settle in. Then you're thinking, 'I'm such a cow!' I had this discussion with a good friend today and realized we BOTH did this just last weekend. lol Somehow discussing it with her made me feel better and I will never do it again! In fact, I'm ready to sign up for Zumba classes because of it! (not really but it sounds good) Ladies, every now and then we need this sort of stress relief, time to ourselves and whether it's chips, ice cream, or any favorite snack, I'm here to tell you, you are not alone, we've all been there! #GIRLPOWER
