Is This Room Possessed?

This room is possessed! lol No lie, this is the 'control room' of one of our sister stations in the building and there is some weird crap going on in it. It may appear normal but everyday at the exact same time about 11 a.m. a crazy, foul odor just comes out of nowhere.

The smell is not there in the morning, it's not there at night, but around lunchtime it lurks. We've searched for dead rodents, we check to see if someone may be eating their lunch at the time, we've emptied trashes and nothing! Just a horrible tuna smell when NO ONE is eating tuna. One coworker has a theory that she's heard that there are 'spirits' are around when there is a bad smell only at certain times of the day. I'm not trying to hear that....do you have any suggestions as to what it may be? Has this ever happened to you?
