Help! I Need Potty Training Tips

It is almost that time in my household to do the inevitable.....POTTY TRAIN! Our daughter, Micah is now 18 months old and the time is near. The problem is, I've heard girls are harder to potty train than boys and we've already done so with two boys. It's true, they were pretty easy.

If you are a mommy and have potty trained both, help a girl out, I need some how-to tips. A co-worker suggested staying home an entire weekend, leaving our baby girl in her birthday suit all weekend and sit her on a potty every 20 minutes. I may try that but I'm open to other suggestions as well. When it came time to potty train, what worked for you?
