Help! How Do You Remove Crayon From Furniture?

Oh the joys of having a toddler in the house! This is my current situation and I need your help figuring out how to fix it. lol My four year old apparently got crayon happy on her nightstand and nothing I have tried so far has helped. 

I looked online and tried the dish soap and water suggestion, nope. Then I saw that regular vinegar would do the trick. Nada. So, I know I'm not alone. Parents, I know I'm not the only person with children that this has happened to. What worked for you?
