who remembers Scholastic Books from back in the day? I remember my parents letting me get a poster, a cool pencil and maybe 1 or 2 books from 'the book fair,' it was so exciting to get to do so! Now I do it for my kids. Well Scholastic is doing something really cool that this mom decided to pass along to other parents. They are offering Scholastic Learn at Home, free online courses for kids stuck at home. 

I have to say my 6 year old and I tried it lastnight on her Ipad and she loved it! We watched a story about spiders and then she found some other stories and books she has read in school on the website. The content is accessible from any device and all you have to do is go to the learn at home website and choose your child's grade level.
