Does Your Phone Screen Your Calls For You?

When can I shake the hand of the person who created this with the new update on my Samsung? I swear the last update I did was about a month ago and since then OMG, my calls are screened for me!

Has this happened for IPhone users too? Don't you love not having to worry about answering random calls? You see TELEMARKETER and if you're like me, you literally say out loud, 'nope not today!'
