I've always heard that apples can give you the same kind of caffeine 'jolt' that coffee or sodas can in the morning. Apparently they contain vitamins that are released once you consume them that can make you feel more awake. Cool stuff huh?

The thing is, apples are what I eat for breakfast, IF I eat breakfast but I've honestly never noticed. Maybe because as you can see in the picture, I have my cup of coffee at the same time. lol Yum, apples and coffee, breakfast of champions! If you have ever eaten apples for breakfast, does it 'wake you up' and make you ready to start the day?
