Who Else Loves Carrot Cake ON This National Carrot Cake Day?

Look, I love carrots, I love cake. So, today's a perfect day for me, yep, today is National Carrot Cake Day. And, yes, I love me some carrot cake. It's actually one of my favorite cakes. Well, let's be real look at my stomach I love cakes of all types, but carrot cake is up there for me on the list. Is it me or all carrot cakes just really moist and awesome? I don't think I've ever had a carrot cake I don't like. And, that leads me to my favorite carrot cake out there and that is the carrot cake at Rosa's Cafe. That carrot cake is on point . Anytime I order anything from Rosa's Cafe, yep, I order the carrot cake as well. It totally hits the spot . I don't know if it's the carrots or if it's the frosting but I'm there for the carrot cake party.

I also have to give a big shout-out to Nothing Bundt Cakes. They have a carrot cake that is also awesome. Now, let me tell you about the time I tried to make a carrot cake. Yep, even though I love carrot cakes, I cannot make them and, I'm not saying I'm a baker but every now and then I like to get in the kitchen and try some things and that time I tried doing a carrot cake didn't go well. It totally flopped on me . From that day on, I told myself I will always buy them. It's National Carrot Cake and it's timje to go get some. How about you? Do you like carrot cake?
