When Is The Last Time Your Kid Freaked You Out Like This?

So I had the creepiest thing happen to me over the weekend and it was actually pretty fitting since we are just days away from Halloween. My 3 year old daughter either has a very vivid imagination or she is on to something! While standing in front of my (open) closet door the other day she says, 'come out, come out.' 

I asked her, 'who are you talking to baby girl?' She replies, 'the monsters mommy.' Wait what the....what did she just say? Then continues by saying, 'they scare me mommy.' Ok, time to move! lol I honestly just thought that one of her brothers had snuck in there and was trying to scare her. I did not bargain for this! lol Needless to say, momma didn't get much sleep that night. Has this happened to you before with your kids?
