What Works Best For A Bad Sunburn?

Your girl did something stupid. I have been spending a lot of time in the pool we got when quarantine began. A little too much time apparently. I fell asleep in the pool and ended up with a really bad sunburn.

I found this in my cabinet when I went looking for something that would help soothe it. I applied and it cooled for a second then kind of wore off. I am in need of suggestions for relief?
