What Toys Were You Not Allowed To Play With As A Kid?

A couple of coworkers and I were having a candid discussion this morning about toys we were not allowed to play with when we were little. We all had different answers for different reasons. lol I was not allowed to play with Play-Doh when I was little, for the obvious, 'it's too messy!'

One girl said she was only allowed to play with her Easy Bake Oven when her mom was around. For safety reasons mostly. And still another male coworker said all Lego's were off limits, his parents didn't want the little, tiny pieces to end up all over the floor to either get stepped on or sucked up in the vacuum. Memories! What toys were you not allowed to play with or have as a child and why?
