What Do You Eat With Your Menudo?

I had some menudo over the weekend and omg was it good! I sent a pic to Leo because I knew #1 he would be jealous and #2 because of the bread. Leo loves 'pan de bolillo' with his menudo. I do not however. We are always at odds over that! 

I am the crackers or tortilla with menudo girl but Leo says the right way to eat it is with pan. I had never had it that way until this weekend. Which do you prefer? And for future reference, which kind of bread should I buy anyway, because I know it's not just a loaf of Mrs.Baird's from the store. lol
