Are You Caldo Or Menudo?

Along with 'pumpkin spice season,' it is also THIS time of year! As soon as a tiny bit of cold hits, I don't know about you but I am ready for some caldo! Or menudo? Which one are you?

That is THE million dollar question of the day....are you about that posole and pansa life, or do you prefer what you see in my photo? I sure did enjoy my first bowl of caldo of the season just yesterday! I love them both, it's hard to choose.
