Think Outside The Box With the City of Midland

I am loving the idea of this new contest being held in Midland called 'Think Outside the Box.' The City of Midland is looking to add some color to downtown by having local artists create a work of art on the dull, grey traffic utility boxes. Bright colors are also a way to prevent the boxes from absorbing heat.Are you an artist or know someone who is? 

Have them submit their artwork to The City of Midland website along with the artist's name and age by April 28th to potentially be one of five winners chosen to have their art displayed on the boxes and win a $250 cash prize. The rules and requirements can be found on the website as well.
