When I grow up, I want to be just like Chris Brizzown! Wait what? Did I just say that? That is the ONE and ONLY time I will ever say those words so don't flatter yourself Brown.

So I've seen a couple of his blogs recently about the Couch to 5K app and it piqued my interest. I've been 'running,' more like wogging (walk/jogging) for a couple of months now and when I heard that Brizzown was doing it I'm like hold up, let me step up my game, because if HE can do it, ANYONE can, trust. 

So I downloaded the app and I'm on my way to running a 5K. lol Seriously though, if you've ever considered becoming a runner, which for me is only a form of exercise that surprisingly I discovered I actually enjoy, this app is the ISH! It really does help and so do my outdated headphones and my cute lit cheerleader/motivator that you semi-see next to me. Also, I had to use a filter because you can't tell that I have flushed cheeks, sweat dripping and matted hair from yesterday's jog. lol
