Not Getting Enough Sleep At Night?
According to a new survey, there a few common reasons why we all might not be getting a good night's sleep. For me, it seems the older I get I can never get enough sleep, I wake up in the morning still tired. Here are the top 5 reasons why we may be getting a bad night's sleep:
1. Your partner snores.
2. Your partner tosses and turns.
3. You're worried about various things.
4. It's too hot or cold.
5. You're stressed about work.
I would have to say several if not all apply to me! lol I guess that is what Zzzzquil is for. Do you have a different reason for not getting enough sleep at night?
