My Embarrassing First Day Of School Story

I can't believe summer has come and gone. It's time to hit the books once again, the first day of school is here! Time to create new memories, make new friends and meet new teachers. Here's hoping that all the kiddos have an amazing year and that nothing cray happens to you on your first day like it did me. lol First day of school mishaps or accidents....let me tell you about mine...

My first day of my freshman year which in Andrews, where I grew up, is highschool. Nervous, excited, scared all at the same time. At our highschool we have a 'dome' in the center of the school and all around the dome are huge cement pillars. Trying my hardest to just survive my first day of highschool, make it to classes on time and go unnoticed by the upperclassmen, I was minding my own business walking through the dome when SMACK I ran square into one of the pillars I mentioned.

Ha so much for not being noticed, because let me tell you, nothing will get you noticed like slamming into a cement pillar. Can you say mortified? People across the school saw and had a good laugh at this freshman's expense, but I survived and you will too. No matter what happens on your first day, make the best of it, enjoy it and have fun because it goes by so fast. If you have a story to share do tell, but I doubt it can get much worse than mine. I dare you to try.....
