There is no question how much Texans love H-E-B. The loved grocery store is a go-to for groceries, BBQ, cakes, and flowers to name a few reasons.

Texans aren't the only ones that are obsessed with H-E-B. According to CBS, the grocer was named the #1 grocery store in the US last month. This will be the fourth time in the last eight years.

In the report, it was crowned No. 1 for its exceptional savings, experience, assortment of items, and saving time with better digital services.

H-E-B Gives Away a Year's Worth of Groceries

H-E-B is celebrating its 120th anniversary by giving back to its Texas customers.

To celebrate its 120th birthday, H-E-B is giving 120 Texans free groceries for a year. The "Big Thanks Texas Giveaway" was announced in a commercial during the Big Game Sunday night on February 9th.

The giveaway started on February 10 and will run through June 9th. One winner will be picked daily to win a $7,000 H-E-B gift card.

How to Win

Entering the giveaway is really simple.

All customers have to do is download the H-E-B app. Open the app and click on the barcode at the top right. When in the store, show the barcode to the cashier and will get an automatic entry into the sweepstakes.

The winners will be selected at random and will be notified through email.
