There are milestone birthdays in every young person's life. Those double digits are a big deal. Wow, 10 years old! Then the day you hit 13 and become a teenager its the best thing but 15 is huge for young ladies dreaming about their quinceanera since they were small girls and sweet 16 even better because you're old enough for a cool party and also to drive legally for the first time.

The Fadduol, Cluff, Hardy and Conaway Law Offices will be having their 1st annual backpack giveaway this Saturday, August 8th at 1931 E. 37th St. in Odessa. 400 backpacks will be given away along with supplies beginning at 9:00 a.m.

'Two all beef patties, SPECIAL SAUCE, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun.' Remember that little ditty from McDonald's from way back in the day? How much do we love McDonald's and their 'special sauce' on those Big Mac's? So much that I think that's what we may have for dinner tonight because now it's stuck in my head. lol
