It's Back! And it's time to take the whole family out. Healthy Kids 2021 at the Odessa Family YMCA happens this Saturday April 17th starting from 9am to 12noon!
How fun is this going to be? Major! And, the cool thing is that this event is free to the community. It takes place at Mike Neely Park so get your kiddos ready and bring them out bright and early this Saturday morning.

The press release delivered by the YMCA states:

“We’re very excited to bring back Healthy Kids Day this year,” said Crissy Medina, CEO/President of the Odessa Family YMCA. “It’s not only a chance for Odessans to get to know us and the programs we have to offer, but they also get to know the other businesses and organizations that make our community so wonderful.” The Odessa Family YMCA will be taking extra steps to keep everyone safe and healthy during their time at Healthy Kids Day. There will be hand sanitizing stations throughout the event and on tables. Masks are optional but encouraged.

One of the cool things about this is the obstacle course. When is the last time you ran an obstacle course with your kids? Also, there will be lots of health info and activates offered as well. Nothing like having fun and being healthy at the same time.

There will also be a fire truck, ambulance, plus performances from the Permian High School Band and local dance companies according to the press release.
Sounds like a fun Saturday morning!
