Fun At The Texas State Fair (PHOTOS)

It's a tradition that every child should get to partake in. I remember when I was a little girl my family would go to the Texas State Fair, so over the weekend, we did the same for our kids. Our three children now know who 'Big Tex' is. lol

They also now know that when you're at the State Fair anything goes as far as fried foods. Want a fried bacon cinnamon roll? You will find it at the fair. Fried cheesecake? They've got it. Fried bacon jalapeno bites? That's part of the fun of the fair, the food! Of course the midway was popular with my little ones, with the rides, the games, the prizes! I had not been in years, so I'm glad we were able to experience this annual event with them. It was worth coming back broke! lol
