COVID vaccines have been rolling out for quite some time now and many people took full advantage of getting their first shot. Some will even be getting the 2nd one soon. In case you have not had the chance yet for either, just know that Medical Center Health System has received a new shipment of Pfizer vaccines and is ready to go with more.

They have been successfully hosting drive-thru vaccination clinics, in Odessa, for the different groups allowed to get shots first and the drive-thru clinic continues this week. If you are planning to get the COVID vaccines, you now have another chance to get the 1st at the drive-thru vaccination clinic held at Ratliff Stadium. Beginning this Wednesday, those who have not received the first shot, will have the opportunity to do so. The schedule for first vaccinations is as follows:

  • Wednesday February 24 - 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
    Thursday February 25 - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    Sunday February 28 - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Pre-registration is an option and once you do so, your information will be entered into the COVID vaccine database. Keep in mind that if you do opt to pre-register, it helps the process go more smoothly and possibly a little quicker. Several people that I know that have received their vaccination through MCHS have said the process is very thorough, professional and quick. Pre-registration is available at mchodessa./coronavirus and for any questions you may have, this website will help as well.

Once you arrive at Ratliff Stadium, you are to enter through the main gates. (south entrance)
