I don't like cold A-1 sauce. But, I'm told I should refrigerate my sauce. I get it, put it in the fridge so it stays good. I do believe it says 'Refrigerate after opening', but is it really a big deal if I don't? LOL

And, why is it that when you go to restaurants they are at room temperature sitting on tables all day long? Yeah, they refrigerate at night. I get it.

What other condiments do you like at room temperature. What's weird is that I actually like cold ketchup. Ahhhh,, what to refrigerate or not these are the questions? LOL
