Are you ready for the 3-day Memorial Day weekend? Many of us are because it's the unofficial kick-off of summer and we're expecting a pretty toasty weekend, so if you're looking for a way to cool off, the pools in the 4-3-2 will be open for business this Memorial Day weekend. Ready for the first swim this year? Grab your friends and have some fun in the sun.

If you live in Odessa, the pools will open May 25-27. The pools will also be open June 1-2 and reopen June 8 for the remainder of the season.

They will be open from 1:00-7:00PM and the cost is $4.00 for adults, $2.50 for children 1-18 years old and free for children under the age of one and people 65 years old or older. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, a family of four can swim for $4.50 between 5:00 and 8:00PM.

Floyd Gwin Pool

At Floyd Gwin Pool, adults can swim for $3.00 while children 1-18-years-old can swim for $1.50.

McKinney Park Sprayground

The Sprayground at McKinney Park is free for all to enjoy and open for the weekend only 1:00-7:00PM.
Hours of operation will change to 4:00-7:00PM on May 28 - 31 as well as June 3 - 7
June 1-2, the sprayground will be open between 1:00-7:00PM.
Daily operating hours of 1:00-7:00PM will begin on June 8 for the remainder of the season.

 

 

If you live in the Tall City, the City of Midland pools will be offering free admission on Memorial Day before opening on June 1. It will then cost $1 per person. Children under the age of 2 are free.

Doug Russell Pool will be open on Saturday, May 25 and Monday, May 27 but will reopen on June 1. At this time, the pool is expected to be closed June 13-15 for a swim meet.

Washington Aquatic Center will be open on May 26, but will then reopen on June 1.
