What’s New On The Corner Of 42nd And Andrews Highway In Odessa?

Wow, for as long as I remember, the corner of 42nd street and Andrews Highway has pretty much looked the same. You have the Ector County Coliseum on one corner, and the Chevron gas station right across the street, way back in the day remember the 7-Eleven right next to Long John Silver's and the Phillips 66 gas station on the other corner. Way back in the day that is how it was. It is looking quite different these days. 

So this is the before of the corner of 42nd and Andrews Hwy, the former Phillips 66.

And just FYI that is a thing of the past. No more Phillips 66 on that corner. Check out this new building.

Whoa! When did that happen? I guess it had been a minute since I had been near this area because I had no clue the old gas station had been demolished and something new had taken its place.

So what is the new thing that will be on this busy corner in Odessa?

A new drive-thru coffee place! Welcome 7Brew Coffee to the Permian Basin. Awesome for all the coffee lovers in 432!

What an exciting new addition to Odessa and specifically this location! I love the building, love the location and if we had to lose our beloved gas station to anything, I'm ok with it being a new drive-thru coffee shop.
