Discover The Best Brunch Spot In Texas At Snooze A.M. Eatery
I am very much a brunch person. I rarely wake up before 11 am if I don't have to seeing as how 5 days a week I'm up by 4:30 am, I'm sleeping in every chance I get. I love my brunch, breakfast/lunch. And to take it a step further, anytime our family is in a city with a Snooze A.M. Eatery, they already know momma has to eat there at least once during our visit. Did you see the picture of my favorite thing to order at Snooze? Enough said.
And Snooze is open only until 2:30, so you are getting breakfast or lunch (brunch) period. I know Midland Odessa has places that serve brunch but as far as a big chain restaurant specifically for brunch and bottomless mimosas, no. We need more!
So in case you have never had the pleasure of eating at a Snooze A.M. Eatery, I did a little research. It originated in Denver, CO in 2006 by 2 brothers and has since grown to well over 30 locations across the nation. Here in Texas, you will find a Snooze in Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Ft. Worth, College Station, and soon Lubbock, just to name a few.
WHAT IS GOOD AT SNOOZE A.M. AN EATERY?
For starters, mimosas! That is my breakfast beverage of choice. The blood orange and palomimosa are a must but a regular mimosa is yummy too! I'll have 1 of each please.
So as far as food, you haven't lived until you try the funky monkey french toast. The eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns are so good and my little one loves the kid's french toast. They have what they call 'plant power' food as well so I've tried the bravocado toast and the makin' it grain bowl. Both great! There is truly nothing bad on the menu which is why I say we need 1 here.
