What Is One Thing You Have Never Made Or Eaten?

I have to say, I grew up in a household with sopas, tortillas and frijoles. No complaints here! But when I was at a family member's house the other night and they had sloppy joe's for dinner, I was in heaven! I got to thinking, I never had these growing up, they are sooooo good! 

Come to think of it, not only did I not grow up eating sloppy joe's, I've never even made them for my own kids! Wow, I've been missing out. I think instead of 'taco tuesday' it will be sloppy joe night in our house tonight! Do you like them? What is one thing people might be surprised to know you've never tried much less cooked for your family?
