Alright, by now, you've probably come to realize that there's a "holiday" for just about everything, including tortilla chips.

So this is going down today. Can I say I have not been so excited for something in a very long time. I cannot wait to get home, walk in the door and that smell hit me. The smell of something yummy, in this case pot roast, cooking in the crock pot. I am not and never have been a crock pot person, like I normally do not 'throw something in the crock pot' for it to be ready when the family gets home

This is was dinner lastnight. I always say I should be a pescatarian because I love seafood, I love fish. This is one food I can eat over and over again and not get tired of. For some people it's mexican food, italian food, fast food, for me it is fish.

UNITED for the win, again! When you hear me on the radio talking about United Supermarkets, I'm not exaggerating or even kidding when I say 'ready meals' have become a part of my life. I have enjoyed them so much I probably eat one at least 3 times a week. This was lastnight's dinner.

I'm telling you I've got a couple of more reasons to be happy that United Supermarkets have made their way to the 4-3-2! My dinner lastnight was the best. In case you were not aware, you can hit up United Supermarkets and find these fabulous ready-made-meals.

I have to say, I grew up in a household with sopas, tortillas and frijoles. No complaints here! But when I was at a family member's house the other night and they had sloppy joe's for dinner, I was in heaven! I got to thinking, I never had these growing up, they are sooooo good!

Who is looking to get their Thanksgiving turkey on early? Tonight you can do so, as the HEB Feast of Sharing event will be taking place and it is open to the public. A complete Thanksgiving dinner will be served from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

I was at dinner the other night with some friends and is it me or do you glance around the table to see what everyone has ordered once your food arrives? Maybe I'm nosy like that, but I do. So I glance at the guy across from me and see this half a cow mooing at me! What in the world is this?

What sounds good for lunch or dinner? Let me make a suggestion...Potbelly Sandwich Shop, a new restaurant is Midland is opening its doors today to help out MARC. Everyone is invited to eat at the restaurant at 1401 N. Loop 250 W for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and for dinner from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Thanksgiving Day is tomorrow and no doubt we are all excited for family, friends and food! We all have our plans set pretty much every year but let us pretend for a moment....that we are rich and famous. lol If you could spend Thanksgiving with any celebrity, who would it be and why?
