What Age Did You Start Taking Your Kid’s To Movies?

So there is a new Pixar movie dropping tomorrow that I really want to take my little ones to see. Inside Out, about an 11-year-old whose world turns upside-down when she and her parents move to San Francisco. Normally this isn't a problem, except that I'm contemplating taking my almost 2 year old baby girl.

This will be her very first time in a movie theater. Trust, I have no intention of being 'that mom' whose kid is throwing a fit, screaming, crying through the entire movie but as a mom I'm seeking advice from others who have been through the same thing. At what age did you start taking your kid's to the movies? Is 2 too young? I figure if they can sit through an afternoon watching Dora the Explorer, Doc McStuffins and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, then by gosh it's time! lol Help me out momma's at what age did you start taking your kid's to movies?
