West Texas Urban Legends

I'm trying to to put together a bunch of urban legends based out of West Texas and I can remember hearing a ton of them when I was a kid but I can't for the life of me remember any of the actual stories except one.

I went to OHS back in the day. If you went there, you already know what I'm about to talk about. The fabled ghost of the girl who hung herself in the field house. I'm not sure how you heard the story but here's my attempt at recalling it.

A girl named Betty was dating a guy in high school. She loved him in a creepy obsessive kind of way. He broke up with her. She hung herself in the field house the night before a pep rally and the entire student body basically discovered her there at the pep rally the following day.
