According to The FW, from 1963 to 2022 the richest 1% got richer. The richest American families went from $1.8 million to $13.6 million.

In the same time frame, the bottom 10% wealth only rose from -$23 to $450.

Data to find the wealthiest towns in each American state

Each place was ranked by median household income, then by the people who earned more than $200,000 yearly.

If a location had less than 1,000 population, they were eliminated.

Wealthy towns in the United States have many luxuries, offerings, and access from suburban neighborhoods. These communities are known for their great school districts, club teams, stylish restaurants and bars.

The richest city in Texas is Hunters Creek Village.

The median household in Hunters Creek Village is $250,000, which is 232.7% more than the United States median income. Households in the rich city earning $200,000 are 75.0% of households.

Median income for workers is $143,466 and the residents are 98.9% insured.

The unemployment rate in Hunters Creek Village is a low 8.9% and families below the poverty level is 1.6%
