I like to eat. I'm a healthy latina and I love my food, especially what I grew up eating...mexican food! I will always say homemade, momma's cooking is hands down the best but I will never be able to recreate what she did. The food I grew up eating is by far the best. We all think that about momma's cooking am I right?

One thing I know about my 4-3-2 peeps, we love to eat! Why? Because we have the best food hands down right here in West Texas. This plate of food I had the other day is proof. Enchiladas are one of my absolute favorites if I'm eating mexican food.

It's no secret that we here in West Texas have amazing Mexican food. What is surprising is how good our fast Mexican food is. I was thinking maybe some of you were less torn on this subject because I can't decide which one I love more. Taco Tuesday at Rosa's is epic, but omg dude, the jumbo stew meat with avocado at Jumburrito  is like heaven in a tortilla...

So this is really a thing! A friend sent this to me not too long ago and I thought maybe it was a joke or it was for a different area but it is 100% true! I looooove Rosa's so I'm really curious to see what the breakfast is like. That Ultimate Breakfast Taco is sounding pretty damn good to me...

I know I'm opening up a can of worms on this one but I can't decide who is right. I grew up in WTX and on thing we have always had that can compete with anyone in any part of Texas is our Mexican food. In particular I speak of fast food...
