Odessa, Texas Combines Popular St. Patrick’s Holiday With Breakfast and A Blood Drive
Odessa, Texas-- Sometimes the importance of having hospitals and medical facilities fully stocked with life-saving blood is something most people don't really think about on a daily basis. Yet, blood from an external source is used every single day and saves countless lives around the world.

Blood is something that cannot be created or manufactured. There is currently no artificial substitute that we can create in a lab that could replace natural blood found inside our bodies. So it takes real people to keep the flow of blood, well... flowing.
Legacy Harley-Davison in Odessa is a group of people who understand the importance of replenishing the sometimes dwindling blood supply. They are hosting an event they call "Saint Patrick's Breakfast". They will be serving pancakes, biscuits and gravy, sausage, and orange juice, served until 10 am or until they run out of food. Cooked and served up by the Permian Basin HOG Chapter.
The free breakfast is an incentive, meanwhile, the real star is the adjacent blood drive they will be holding from 10 am till 2 pm. So head on out, one donation can save multiple peoples lives.
