I sure wish this type of thing would have been around when I was in school. An excellent opportunity for young entrepreneurs to make/develop a product or service and sell their creations. I have seen this done in my hometown of late and upon further investigation realized what it was. I love this concept!

I myself have what I believe to be a budding entrepreneur. All it takes is the desire to make a little money and a creative mind. My teen is that way. For a few years now, he has come up with ways to make some extra money and I support him 100.

MIDLAND CHILDREN'S BUSINESS FAIR THIS SATURDAY, APRIL 9TH 10 AM TO 1PM

Make plans to attend, with your family and especially your little ones. What a great opportunity to show your children how the process works.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THE MIDLAND CHILDREN'S BUSINESS FAIR?

According to childrensbusinessfair.org,

young people develop a brand, create a product or service, build a marketing strategy and then open for customers at the one day marketplace to take place at Yucca Blossom Montessori, 2908 N Lamesa Rd in Midland.

There will be over 20 booths at the Midland Children's Business Fair this Saturday and even if your child is not participating in the fair, take them to not only shop from other kids their age but learn how any child can do something like this. I have seen children of friends and family make and sell everything from key chains to bracelets and even scrunchies for hair. It can be a lot of fun!
