Do I Tell my Co-Worker Their Car Got Dinged? Leo and Rebecca Buzz Question

Leo and Rebecca Buzz Question....I SAW my co-worker DING another co-workers CAR....SHOULD I say something?? I doubt this co-worker is gonna say anything because I saw them MOVE their car to another parking spot so they would know it was them. What would you do??
